Booking Terms and Conditions
All groups must have a nominated group leader to take responsibility for the booking and accommodation. For example, this could be a group leader for a community group, or a responsible adult in the party for a family group. When booking group leaders enter into an agreement that they, and the group members, will adhere to the terms and conditions of the rental.
At the time of booking a deposit is required. The booking forms and deposit must be received by the bookings secretary within 3 weeks of the reservation being made.
Bookings will only be confirmed as ‘booked’ once the deposit is received by the bookings secretary and will show as ‘provisional on the bookings calendar until this time.
Payment is required in full at least 4 full weeks prior to the stay.
Cancellations: All communications regarding cancellations must be made by the signatory on the booking form in writing to the Bookings Secretary by post or email.
The following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellations made between the date of booking until 4 weeks before the stay will incur loss of the deposit.
Cancellations made in the 4 weeks prior to the stay will incur loss of total fees paid.

What else should I know?
The buildings are old and therefore accessibility is unfortunately limited. Any particular access requirements should be discussed with the bookings secretary. Paving is ancient, listed, and can be very slippery - take great care.
Visitors are responsible for leaving the properties clean. You can print out a checklist of cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities for your stay here.
There is no WIFI broadband in the properties. The farmhouse has a telephone.
We ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level especially at night to avoid disturbing your neighbours
Please do not park on the grass, in front of the field gates, or block any access to roads and properties. Designated parking is provided outside the barn and to the front of the chapel. You can find information on parking here.
do not feed the horses
No camping in the Micklepage grounds except by special permission from the Bookings Secretary
