How to Book
Firstly check our availability for the farmhouse and barn using the bookings calendar.
A reservation and booking enquiries can then be made by your nominated group leader (see Booking Terms and Conditions below) to the Micklepage Bookings Secretary.
The Bookings Secretary will then send out the booking form via email and they will need to be completed and returned promptly with the deposit payment within three weeks of reservation. Until the deposit is received bookings remain provisional.

Deposit
A deposit will be required to confirm the booking of £160 each for the farmhouse and barn for residential stays and £40 for day bookings.
Rates from 1st January 2026 (valid until 31.12.26)
Residential Stays
Weekends – Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday nights and Bank Holidays.
Weekend bookings are from Friday 4.0 pm until Sunday 6.0 pm.
One night (2 days) £410 per building – farmhouse or barn. Both buildings £800
Two nights £550 per building – farmhouse or barn. Both buildings £1060
Three nights £600 per building (Fri/Sat/Sun) – farmhouse or barn. Both buildings £1200
Midweek - Mondays to Thursdays
Per night £170 per building – farmhouse or barn. Both buildings per night £300. During the school holidays the price will be £190 per building and £350 for both buildings.
Non-residential
One day bookings:
Weekends, £250 per building – farmhouse or barn. Both buildings £480
Midweek, £110 per building – farmhouse or barn. Both buildings £190
Deposits and Payment
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. Until this form is completed and returned, and the deposit paid this booking is provisional. Bookings are made on a first come first served basis.
For weekend/ residential bookings the deposit is £200 per building.
For midweek bookings the deposit is £50 per night, per building.
Cancellation
• Cancellations made between the date of booking until 4 weeks before the stay will incur loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations made in the 4 weeks prior to the stay will incur loss of total fees paid.
Booking Terms and Conditions
All groups must have a nominated group leader to take responsibility for the booking and accommodation. For example, this could be a group leader for a community group, or a responsible adult in the party for a family group. When booking group leaders enter into an agreement that they, and the group members, will adhere to the terms and conditions of the rental.
At the time of booking a deposit is required. The booking forms and deposit must be received by the bookings secretary within 3 weeks of the reservation being made.
Bookings will only be confirmed as ‘booked’ once the deposit is received by the bookings secretary and will show as ‘provisional on the bookings calendar until this time.
Payment is required in full at least 4 full weeks prior to the stay.
Cancellations: All communications regarding cancellations must be made by the signatory on the booking form in writing to the Bookings Secretary by post or email.
The following cancellation charges apply:

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new, Europe-wide law
that replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK. It comes into force from May 2018.
In line with the regulation, Micklepage Trust holds the Group Leader’s name, address, phone number and email address for each Group of Visitors that stay at/use the Farmhouse or Barn. This information is not accessible or passed on to any other organisation. The Trust will occasionally use this information to invite Group Leaders to consider becoming a Trustee of the Charity and/or to act as a volunteer on one of the Trust’s working parties. If you require details of the information we hold on you personally, wish it to be amended, updated or deleted, please email micklepagebookings@gmail.com
We review prices in September and at this point, we are able to take bookings for the following year.
What else should I know?
The buildings are old and therefore accessibility is unfortunately limited. Any particular access requirements should be discussed with the bookings secretary. Paving is ancient, listed, and can be very slippery - take great care.
Visitors are responsible for leaving the properties clean. When you pay the balance of the booking fee, you will be sent information on the properties, the key access codes and a checklist on housekeeping.
There is no WIFI broadband in the properties. The farmhouse has a telephone.
We ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level especially at night to avoid disturbing your neighbours.
Please do not park on the grass, in front of the field gates, or block any access to roads and properties. Designated parking is provided outside the barn and to the front of the chapel.
Do not feed the horses.
No camping in the Micklepage grounds except by special permission from the Bookings Secretary
